From Farm to Table: Our Quality Promise
We source our mangoes directly from sustainable orchards in the Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg belts. Unlike mass-market fruits, our Konkan Kesar undergoes:
Strict Selection: Only “Grade A” fruits with the signature saffron hue are picked.
Natural Ripening: We use traditional hay-ripening methods; no artificial chemicals or carbides.
Eco-Friendly Packaging: Delivered in ventilated crates to ensure the fruit “breathes” until it reaches your doorstep.
The Perfect Aamras: Because of its low acidity and high pulp-to-stone ratio, it creates the smoothest Aamras without needing extra sugar.
Summer Salads: Pairs beautifully with mint, lime, and arugula.
Direct Consumption: Best enjoyed chilled at 18°C to 20°C for the ultimate flavor explosion.
