Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping is free.
Once the order is placed, the order will be dispatched within a day, and it should be delivered to your location between 2-4 days after it is dispatched.
Since the product is directly going to be shipped from the farm level, our delivery partner face unexpected delays sometimes.
Refund Policy
Being a perishable nature of farm products, our refund policy lasts 2 days after the delivery of the product. If 2 days have passed since your order delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, we need clear photographs of your item and must have a valid reason to reject.
The non-refundable items would be:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is reported more than 3 days after delivery.
Once your email with photographs is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on your payment provider / bank).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
We discourage cancellation, as it is a loss for a farmer!
However, if for some unforeseen reason the order has to be cancelled, then we will deduct the shipping cost and initiate the refund process of the remaining amount.
